Our research center is conducting a brief survey examining Chronic Prostatitis symptoms, their impact on your Quality of Life and Mood, and to examine the use or non-use of alternate forms of symptom relief. In particular, this survey will briefly ask about your personal use of cannabis (also known as marijuana, pot, grass, hash) and how it may or may not be helpful to you. The survey is entirely anonymous and very brief. You will not be asked to provide any personal information.
